PKMega Terms and Conditions — Your Guide to Playing Fair

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between PKMega ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the Account Holder") who accesses or uses the PKMega website at pkmega.fun, including all associated services such as sports betting, casino games, slot games, bingo, the game lobby and the VIP programme.

By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and PKMega. If at any point you have questions about what something means, please contact our support team before continuing.

These Terms are written in English as used in Pakistan and are intended to be understood clearly by Pakistani players. If there is any ambiguity in interpretation, the meaning that best protects the integrity and fair operation of the platform shall apply.

To use PKMega you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age. PKMega is strictly for adults. We do not permit anyone under 18 to register or play.
• You are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of a PKMega employee.
• You are not registering a duplicate account. Each person is permitted one active account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held pending review.
• All information you provide during registration — including your full name, date of birth, email address and contact number — must be accurate, complete and truthful.

PKMega reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including before processing a withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable documents for verification include a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone. PKMega staff will never ask for your password through any channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.

PKMega operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions and no hidden fees on deposits. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• JazzCash — typically credited within 2–5 minutes
• Easypaisa — typically credited within 2–5 minutes
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfer through Pakistan's national payment system
• Bank Transfer — credited within standard banking processing times
• Debit / Credit Cards — subject to card issuer processing times
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile wallet services as listed in the cashier

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit. PKMega reserves the right to update minimum or maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the original source.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all accounts regardless of VIP tier.

Withdrawal processing times depend on your account status:

• Standard accounts: processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted
• Silver tier: processed within 12 hours
• Gold tier: processed within 6 hours
• Platinum & Diamond tier: processed within 1 hour in most cases

Withdrawal requests submitted during weekends or public holidays in Pakistan may take slightly longer to process. The times above represent our target processing windows under normal operating conditions.

Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved. This is a one-time requirement unless your personal details change or additional verification is requested due to account activity. PKMega may request updated documentation at any time as part of ongoing account reviews.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier. Withdrawals that do not meet the minimum threshold must be built up through additional play. Withdrawal fees are not charged by PKMega, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your bank or wallet provider for their own fee structure.

PKMega offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and VIP-specific promotions. Each offer carries its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps from bonus winnings.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• If you withdraw real-money funds while an active bonus is attached to your account, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any un-wagered bonus balance that expires will be removed from your account automatically.
• Bets placed to artificially satisfy wagering requirements — for example, placing opposing bets on the same market — are considered bonus abuse and will result in the bonus being voided.
• PKMega reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or amend its terms at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be given reasonable notice of material changes.

PKMega's sports betting section covers cricket — including the Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — as well as football, esports, kabaddi and more than 25 other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or edit a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in markets that explicitly allow cash-out.
• Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket this means the results published by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC). For football, results are taken from the official match report of the relevant league or federation.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or not completed within 24 hours of its scheduled start time, all single bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned unless a result has already been achieved for the specific market.
• Live in-play bets are placed at the odds available at the moment of bet confirmation. Network delays can affect the timing of in-play bets. PKMega reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was already determined at the time of placement due to a system delay.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event, per market and per account. These are subject to change at PKMega's discretion and may differ between sports, leagues and bet types.
• PKMega operates a palpable error policy. If odds are clearly published incorrectly due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to void bets placed at those odds and return stakes to the player's account.

For PSL matches specifically, PKMega offers markets including match winner, top team batsman, total runs in an over, method of first dismissal, and player performance specials. All PSL results are settled using Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes in the event of weather-affected matches, consistent with official PCB decisions.

The PKMega casino section includes live dealer games, slot games, bingo and a general game lobby. All games use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, are conducted by trained live dealers under real-time monitoring. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in the individual game information panels.

The following rules apply to casino and games play:

• All game outcomes are final. If a game round is completed without error, the result stands regardless of whether you are satisfied with it.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules. Your result will reflect the outcome that occurred and the record in our system is the authoritative record.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set individually per game and displayed within the game interface. These may differ between the demo version (where available) and the real money version.
• Attempting to exploit any game mechanic, software bug or connection timing issue to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Bingo rooms operate according to the rules displayed within each individual room. PKMega reserves the right to modify room schedules, stake levels and prize pools at any time.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PKMega. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or using more than one account, whether in your name or under someone else's details.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to exploit bonus offers through coordinated betting strategies, arbitrage, multi-account abuse or any other method designed to extract value without genuine play.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks after depositing and playing. PKMega will pursue recovery of funds in such cases.
• Identity fraud: Registering using false personal information or impersonating another individual.
• Collusion: Working with other players to manipulate the outcome of games, particularly in live casino or poker formats.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts or automated software to place bets or interact with the platform in a way that mimics human play.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on events that you have any involvement in influencing, or where you have insider information not available to the general public.
• Underage play: Any attempt to register or use the platform by a person under the age of 18, or any adult who knowingly facilitates underage access.

PKMega monitors all account activity for the above behaviours using automated systems and manual review. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies where required.

PKMega reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe
• Evidence of fraudulent, abusive or collusive behaviour
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly inactivity fee after written notice has been sent to your registered email
• Where continued operation of the account creates a legal or compliance risk for the platform

If your account is suspended for a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be held pending investigation. We will communicate the outcome of any investigation to your registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your last used payment method once all pending bets have been settled and withdrawal conditions have been met.

PKMega is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all players. Gaming is for entertainment and should never be used as a way to earn income or recover financial losses. We provide the following tools to help you stay in control:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from within your account settings.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a given time period.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without full self-exclusion.

All content on the PKMega platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software and data — is the property of PKMega or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent
• Use PKMega's branding, logos or trade names in any context outside of linking to the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any software used on the platform
• Screen-scrape or data-mine any content from the platform for commercial purposes

Game content — including slot game graphics, sound effects and mechanics — is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to PKMega for display on the platform. Any unauthorised reproduction of game content is a violation of those providers' rights as well as these Terms.

PKMega provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKMega shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue or winnings arising from platform downtime or technical issues beyond our control
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform
• The outcome of any bet or game, which is subject to chance and the rules set out in Section 6 and Section 7 of these Terms
• Any interruption to live streaming of matches or events that affects your ability to place in-play bets

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. If you have a complaint about the outcome of a bet or a transaction, please contact our support team within 30 days of the event occurring.

PKMega reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to their registered address and display a prominent notice on the platform for a reasonable period before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and any eligible withdrawal of real-money balances.

Minor changes — such as corrections to spelling, grammar or formatting that do not affect the meaning of any clause — may be made without notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
